How to delete your account
- Sign in to NookFilm (website or app).
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and press Delete my account.
- Type your username to confirm, then press Delete forever.
The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your profile, username and login (email address).
- Your reviews, ratings, diary entries, likes, watchlists and lists.
- Your follows and followers, and any stream alerts you set.
What is kept
Nothing linked to you is kept. Standard server logs may remain for a short period for security and are then removed automatically.
Can't sign in?
Send us a message through our contact form from the email address on your account and we will delete the account for you.
